Blueberry Cheesecake

Crust:

2-cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 pound melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
Filling:

12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
Topping:
1 can blueberry pie filling cool whip or whipped cream

Prepare the pie shell by combining all crust ingredients mix well. Press into a long cake pan.

Beat the cream cheese and sugar together. After combining, add the two beaten eggs. Pour the mixture into prepared crust and bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Spread blueberry pie filling evenly over the baked mixture. Cover.

Refrigerate overnight and when ready to serve top with whipped cream.
