1 10" pie crust, pre-baked for 10 minutes* 12 ounces cream cheese 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt 2 cups pureed bananas, about 4 bananas 2 eggs 1/4 cup honey
| | | Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into pre-baked piecrust and rake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Allow to cool before serving. You can top with a layer of yogurt and fresh fruit. Serve well chilled. |
