| Beat eggs until light; add sugar, salt and flavoring. Ada soda to sour cream; add to egg mixture. Sift baking powder with flour; mix and add; beat well. Bake in moderate oven (350') about 20 minutes in round greased pans. Filling: Combine: 1 egg, beaten
Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/3 c. flour
Cook and cool. Spread between layers. Frost with boiled frosting or other frosting. |
