Put dry cake mix in mixing bowl. Add the pudding mix dry (do not add milk to make the pudding) Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Then add the hot water slowly, mixing well. Add oil, then the poppy seeds. Mix well for about 10 minutes.

Place in well oiled bundt pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake tests done. When cake is cool, invert on serving plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, or frost with favorite lemon frosting.
