4 c. apples, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. flour 1 c. oil 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda
Mix dry ingredients. Beat in eggs, vanilla and oil. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frost with brown sugar icing or other icing.
