| Double the recipe to use as Whipped Creme Frosting Mix flour and milk in saucepan; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool. Beat shortening, butter, sugar & vanilla in mixing bowl for 4 minutes(No less than 4 min). Add cooled flour mixture & beat 4 more minutes. Can be frozen. This filling has the consistency & taste of whipped cream but will not melt. May be used in Creme Puffs or as a frosting or filling in Cakes. Submitted by Irene Harper
