3 c. flour 1 egg, well beaten 1 1/4 c. shortening 5 tbsp. water I tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vinegar
| | | Cut shortening into flour and salt. Mix egg, water and vinegar together. Add to flour. Roll out on lightly floured board. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks and freezes well; rolls out well after second time. Makes 2 or more pies. |
