1 c. white syrup 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. heavy cream Dash of salt 1 1/2c. brown sugar 2 or 3 c. pecan halves 1 tsp. vanilla
| | | Blend all ingredients except pecans; cook to soft ball stage when tested in cold water. Add pecans and beat immediately until creamy. Drop by spoon onto waxed paper. Yield: 2 dozen. |
