1 (16 oz.) can chunky pineapple I c. walnuts or pecans, chopped 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. coconut, shredded 12 to 16 oz. Cool Whip 1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1 c. miniature marshmallows | | | In a large bowl, mix 2 types pineapple and sprinkle pudding mixture on top, gently mix and let stand for 3 minutes. Combine nuts and coconut and fold into mixture. Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 12 or more. |
