| | | Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Place 1 teaspoon butter and 2 teaspoons brown sugar mixture in each apple. Combine baking mix, 1/3 cup ice water and oil in bowl; mix well. Roll to 1/4-inch thickness on floured waxed paper. Cut into 7 squares. Place 1 apple on each square. Bring corners up to enclose apples; fasten with toothpicks. Place in greased 10 x10-inch baking dish. Combine 2 cups water and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add 1 tablespoon butter and cornstarch dissolved in a small amount of cold water. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon flavoring. Pour over dumplings.
