2 slices black bread or pumpernickel rye 1/4 teaspoon safflower mayonnaise mixed with 1/8 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 2 oounces turkey breast, roasted 1 ripe tomato thinly sliced 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced black pepper 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts Spread bread with mayonnaise. Layer each slice with turkey, tomato and cucumber. Sprinkle with black pepper. Top with sprouts. Serving suggestion: Serve with fresh seasonal fruit. |
