1 (16 oz.) can cream of
coconut
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
various fruits (peaches,
apples, bananas,
blueberries, melons,
strawberries and grapes)
I use two ways. You can use as a dip for various fruits
or I have arranged the fruit in a punch bowl (for a large
group) and poured the mixture over the fruit. Mix 1 can ofcream of coconut with 1 can of frozen lemonade, keep refrigerated until time to serve. Do not thaw lemonade before mixing.
