-1 whole brat (cut in small semi-circles) -1/2 cup diced sweet onion -1 can red kidney beans -1 cup ketchup -2 tablespoons worcestshire sauce -1/4 cup honey -1/4 honey dijon -tblspn of cayenne pepper 1) Mix together ketchup, worcestershire, honey, and honey dijon in medium mixing bowl 2)brown brat pieces in a seperate frying pan. 3) In another seperate pan, brown onions and add a tblspoon or 2 of honey. (will create a glaze for the onions) 4) drain kidney beans and set aside. 5) Add brat, barbeque mixture, onions,and kidney beans to the rice and heat for 5-7 minutes on medium high heat. 6) Dish out and top with cayenne to your tastes. |
