Ingredients: 2 2" thick pork chops 2 tbl. dijon mustard 4 tbl. good shedded swiss cheese 4 slices canadian bacon 3/4 cup bread crumbs 2 eggs, beaten flour, for rolling chops in Directions: Stuff chops with dijon mustard and swiss cheese, dividing among the two chops. Wrap two slices bacon around the chops, secure with tooth picks. Roll chops in bread crumbs, dip in egg wash then roll in flour. Brown in pan on both sides, then bake in an oven at 400 for 25 min.
