Sea salt & fresh ground black pepper, to taste 1tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. minced garlic 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 13.5 ounce package reduced-fat crumbled feta cheese 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. combine theolive oil and garlic in a small bowl and drizzle over the chicken. Rub oil mixture into breast and place in glass baking dish. Sprinkle oregano evenly over breasts, then follow with the crumbled feta cheese. Pour lemon juice over chicken and bake , uncovered, 30 minutes. |
