Toasted Nuts

1/2 cup chopped walnuts, peanuts, pecans, or whatever

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spread the nuts evenly out on a baking sheet.
Toast the nuts in the oven until they are lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. (Keep a watch on them as nuts burn easily.)
Cool, and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
