3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2- 2lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cust into strips. 50 Ritz- type crackers, finely crushed. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large glass bowl, melt the margarine and worcestershire sauce together and then stir. Add the chicken and then toss to coat well. Crusk the crackers in a gallon size ziploc bag, add the covered chicken strips and shake well to coat all pieces. Place chicken in a single layer in a 15x10x1-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle. Serve with barbuce sauce for dipping. |
