Ingredients: 1 stick butter or margarine (1/2 cup) 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT EVAPORATED milk) 2 cups (12 oz) semi sweet cho chips 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 for glass dish). In 13x9 inch banking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter; pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredient; press down firmly with fork. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. COOL. Cut into bars. Store covered. Makes 2 to 3 dozen bars. You can substitute 1 cup (6 oz) butterscotch flavored chips and 1 cup (6 oz) semi sweet cho chips for the 2 cups semi sweet cho chips.
