2 TBSP dijon mustard 1 TBSP honey 1 tsp apple cider vinegar pinch salt & pepper 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts Combine all ingredients but chicken in a medium bowl. Set aside 1/3 cup of this mixture. Grill or broil chicken, brushing frequesntly with remaining mixture, until chicken is cooked through. Serve with remamining mayo mixture, and garnish with chopped green onions. |
