1 package corn muffin mix 1 pound ground beef 1 package taco seasoning 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on box. Spread batter into greased 12" pizza pan. Bake at 400* for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef; drain. Add seasoning and prepare as directed on package. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on the baked crust. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Let it sit until the cheese is melted. Serves 8 |
