Ingredients 1 whole chicken, cooked & diced 1 can spanish rice Velveta cheese, cubed (divided) 1 can cream mushroom soup ½ jar salsa 1 package cornbread mix 1 can creamed corn Mix chicken and rice. Place in bottom of 9x12 baking dish. Top with ½ cubed cheese. Mix soup and salsa. Pour over chicken. Mix cornbread mix & corn according to package instructions. Add creamed corn to cornbread mix. Pour over soup/salsa. Top with remaining cubed cheese. Bake at 350∘ for 30 minutes. |
