first you get two tbsp. butter melt in pan on low cut up chicken breast with onion and fresh garlic nothing like the smell of garlic. also some sweet italiano vineger or as we amercans call it just italian dressing basic. 2nd you dice up your onion and garclic put then in pan let them cook not burn then in about 10 min after put in the chick in the pan (you can cut up the chicken in blocks or as little or as big as you would like)... next boil some pasta. maybe some angel hair, or colered pasta, or linguene, or any kind of pasta, (note while boiling pasta put a little touch of oil in pasta so it dont stick together yea..) so now you got your pasta bowling you got your chick on the pan on low maybe on 3 or 4 not on high when it looks half way done not all the way put in some italian dressing dabs here and there make it not to sour just that perfect tast that touch you are feeling right know. stir occas. when done put some parmass. on top on the chick..... FINAL STEP FROM THE ITALLAN WOMAN IN COLORADO............. YOUR PLATE SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS ON A NICE DISH WITH PASTA ON THE BOTTOM WITH YOUR CHICKEN ON TOP OF THE PASTA WITH BUTTERY SAUTED ONIONS AND FRESH COOKED GARLIC RUNNING DOWN INTO THE PASTA. AND IF YOU WANT I FORGOT TO MENTION YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO MAKE SOME GARLIC BREAD OR SOME KIND OF BREAD TO GO ON THE SIDE OR SALAD BE CREATIVE BE ITALIAN AND YOU DECIDE. BUT YOUR MAIN DISH FOR TONIGHT IS PARMASIAN SAUTEED ITALIANO CHICKEN FROM COLORADO...... THANK YOU VERY MUCH TRY THIS VERY VERY GOOD ALSO LITE UP A CANDLE TRY IT WITH GOOD WINE WHATEVER.....
