Korean BBQ honey beef

Take a 2-3 pound trimmed tri-tip and marinate in a resealable ziploc bag with the following marinade:

2/3 cup "lite" soy sauce
1/4 cup reconstituted lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/3 cup pure honey

Pierce tri-tip several times on both sides before marinating. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, the BBQ to desired doneness. Then, eat it.
