Strawberry Shortcake (diatetic)

Take a non-sugar ready made angel food cake or one prepared by yourself and rip it into chuncks into a bowl. Take 2/3 of a large tub of low-fat Cool-Whip or other non-dairy topping and mix it in with the cake chuncks until all of the cake pieces are coated. The cake gets wet and compresses, but that's the way you want it. Mix a container of sliced strawberries and/or blueberries. Place it in a 13x9 glass or aluminum pan or a bowl if you prefer smoothing out the top. Add the rest of the CoolWhip as a layer of icing and that's it. Refrigerate until ready to use. Tastes great.
