2 cups broccoli cut up in flowerettes 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 cup of Mayonaise dash of curry 2 T oil 2 Cups Grated Mozzerella cheese In frying pan, brown chicken breasts in the oil, until nearly cooked. In saucepan, boil broccoli until cooked still firm. In bowl combine cream of chicken soup, mayonaise and curry, mixing well. Cover bottom of 9x11 baking pan, with broccoli. Next place chicken layer. Next put the soup/mayonaise mixture. Top it off with the mozzerella cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 F degree oven for 30 min or until cheese is golden and bubbly on the top. Serve on bed of egg noodles. Feeds 4 - 5 people |
