1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup white or light corn syrup Microwave on high 4 min 2. Add 1 cup salted peanuts, stir. Microwave on high 3-5 min. till brown. 3. Add 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Microwave on high 1-2 min. Remove and add 1 tsp. baking soda. mixture will be foamy. 4. Pour onto lightly greased or no stich pan. Cool 1/2 hr. Break into pieces. Store in an air tight container. |
