3/4 - 1 cup of butter (not margarine) 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese 1/4 cup of sour cream (that's the twist) 5 cloves of fresh garlic minced 1 Tbsp. of chopped parsley In a bowl combine butter, sour cream, garlic and parsley. Stir well. Add 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Again stir well to combine. spread over the bread and top with more of the cheddar cheese. Be sure to not put the cheese to close to the edge of the bread or it will drip over and make a mess. Sprinkle with pepper! |
