Cheesy Garlic Bread with a twist

1 French or Italian Bread sliced lengthwise in half
3/4 - 1 cup of butter (not margarine)
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of sour cream (that's the twist)
5 cloves of fresh garlic minced
1 Tbsp. of chopped parsley

In a bowl combine butter, sour cream, garlic and parsley. Stir well. Add 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Again stir well to combine. spread over the bread and top with more of the cheddar cheese. Be sure to not put the cheese to close to the edge of the bread or it will drip over and make a mess. Sprinkle with pepper!
Bake in 350 F oven for about 10 minutes. Do not wrap bread in foil. Keep a close watch on it.
