250g Philly cream cheese 1/2 cup lemon juice 300ml whipping cream 1 can condensed milk pkt Arnotts milk coffee biscuits
Beat cream,put in fridge. Beat cream cheese and lemon juice till smooth. Add condensed milk and beat again till smooth. Add cream and beat again. Line a lamington tray with the biscuits and pour over cheescake mix and put in fridge to set, (Over night is better but the least time is about 1 hour. The more beating the mix gets the better it is.
