This is absolutely delicious and so easy to make! 2 packets of Knox geletin dissolved into 1 cup of boiling water
ADD to this:
1 1/3 cups of sugar-stir til dissolved
Stir in 2 cups of whipping cream and 3 cups of sour cream and 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Mix well
Pour into a large mold--I use a tupperware one and it works great and is so easy to unmold. Chill until firm.
Unmold to a large plate and then put sweetened fresh fruit in the middle-such as strawberries or a bag of frozen fruit -such as raspberries-that have been thawed. Serve with a spoon into a cup or plate. Enjoy!
