EASY PUMPKIN BROWNIES 1 (15 ounces) can pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
(cream cheese frosting optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
3. Mix together pumpkin, oil, eggs, and sugar with an electric mixer.
4. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
5. Pour into prepared pan.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until center springs back when touched.
7. Serve with whipped topping or frost with a cream cheese frosting.
