1 pound ziti or penne cooked al dente mix together 16 oz ricotta cheese, 16 oz of mozzarella(shredded), 4 oz of provalone(shredded),grated pramasean 3 oz,grated romano 3 oz. sauce about 32- 48oz (your favorite tomato gravy) add ziti and mix add to casserole, cover with alluminum foil and bake 325 for 40 minutes let sit for about 10-15 minutes can even top with extra mozzarella if desired right at end of cooking. Serve with grated cheese of your choice and crusty bread and butter and a salad. Doubles great no extra cooking time, feeds and army!
