Yankey Pot Roast

2 Lb.sirloin Roast
1 pack lipton onion soup mix
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
3 small potatoes wedged
1 cup baby carrots

Cook roast in crockpot on medium heat for 3 hours in 2 cups water. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for one hour longer. Serve.
