Generously greasy with butter a bundt/angel-food type cake pan. Open 4 cans of refrigerated biscuts & flatten out with fingers. Mix 1 package of Cream Cheeze with a about 1/4 cup of real maple syrup. Drop a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each biscuit. Fold the biscuit around, & than roll in the palm of your hand (like a meat ball) to make sure it's sealed up good. Mix about a cup of brown sugar & 1/8 cup of cinnamon in a bowl; add about a cup of finely chopped nuts (any kind will do). In a single layer, drop 10 biscuits in the pan. Cover biscuits with brown sugar mixture, just til covered. Continue layering the biscuits in a single layer & than the brown sugar mixture. Bake at 350o for about 25- 30 minutes, or golden brown. Immediately turn pan upside down on a platter or plate & let cool 5 minutes. Serve warm. Refrigerate left overs.
