Lots of Garlic Chicken

1 whole fryer chicken
20 to 40 cloves of garlic
4 ribs of celery
Italian Seasoning to taste

Chop the celery into 1 inch chucks, put in bottom of crock pot.
Wash and pat dry the whole chicken, put all the garlic inside the cavity of the chicken, put the chicken on top of the celery, sprinkle with italian seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

This chicken is good on the first day with mash potatoes or rice and then use the left overs the next day for taco's or burritos.
