| Serve over Romaine lettuce leaves Chop cucumber and tomato. Slice Carrots, very thin. In a salad bowl mix all ingredients including the uncooked Couscous. Pour Salad Dressing over mixture. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1-1/2 hours. Serve in individual bowls over chilled lettuce leaves. Submitted by Cindy Sanchez
