2 cups cooked macaroni, rinsed, drained and cooled 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped 1/4 cup onion (optional), chopped 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp lemon juice (optional) salt & pepper to taste 2 slices (or 1/3 cup) cheese, cut up into 1/2" squares | | | Combine all ingredients, chill and serve.
