2 cans tuna (buy 2 for $1) 16 oz elbow noodles, cooked (39 cents on sale) 1 small onion, chopped 1 cup mayonnaise (32 oz jar of mayonnaise for $2.00.1 cup = 50 cents) 2 tsp lemon juice seasoned salt to taste celery, chopped tomatoes, diced
| | In a bowl, combine tuna, noodles and chopped onion. Coat with mayonnaise and stir in lemon juice.Sprinkle with seasoned salt and mix. Place in fridge for at least one hour or until ready to serve. Just before serving salad, chop up celery and dice tomatoes.Fold into salad and serve cold on a bed of lettuce.Enjoy!
