2/3 cups margarine or butter, melted 1 cup brown sugar, packed 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup flour 1 cup pecans, chopped | | | In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, four and pecans; set aside. combine margarine and eggs; mix well. Stir this mixture into the flour/sugar mixture. Fill greased and floured (I use vegetable spray) mini muffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until muffin tests done.
