| Easy to make and loved by the whole family! Lightly grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2" loaf pans. Coat each with 1-tbs. cornmeal. Mix 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda in large bowl. Heat milk and water in saucepan until warm (105-115 degrees). Stir into flour mixture. Stir in remaining flour. Spoon into prepared pans. Sprinkle tops with remaining cornmeal. Cover and let rise in warm, draft-free place for 45 minutes or until doubled. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool in pans on wire rack 5 minutes. Loosen edges with thin knife, remove from pans and cool completely. Wrap in foil or plastic. Freeze 2 months; room temp 3 days; fridge 1-2 weeks Dough hooks on mixer can be used instead of stirring.
