| Cream together sugars, butter and eggs in large mixing bowl. Add flour, pumpkin, water, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt; mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8 1/2 in. x 4 1/2 in. loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. or until bread tests done. Cool in pans 10 min. on wire racks; remove from pans and cool completely. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. Makes 3 loaves, 30 servings.
