Apple Spice Muffins (sugar free)

Use Pineapple Muffin Recipe and substitute:

1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c.. apple juice concentrate, thawed
For the pineapple puree and the pineapple concentrate. Also add:
1 1/2 c. apples, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. ~ Pat
