| Follow the instructions on the box for six servings of Instant Mashed Potatoes. The only difference is only use 1 Tbsp of butter. Allow the potatoes to cool. Mix in the two eggs and the softened cream cheese thoroughly. Put potato mixture in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with Paprika. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6. This recipe is so easy it doesn't require any special instructions. I have served it to company and it is a family favorite. It's easy and tastes like you did a ton of work! |
