| Prepare mayonnaise by blending in food processor or blender until smooth. Spread bagel half with mayonnaise, 1 slice cheese, 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts, 1 slice tomato, 4 slices cucumber and 1 slice red onion. Top with remaining bagel half. Repeat this for the other bagels. Note: This can also be made with pita bread, or fresh wheat bread.
