2 cups packed light brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 eggs 1-1/2 cups self-rising flour 1 cup chopped pecans Heat oven to 350 degees. In a large bowl combine oil, light brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs together. Mixing these ingredients well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 13in.x9in.x2in. baking dish. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes. Cut brownies into squares while warm. Yeilds; 12to 16 servings |
