Bake using white bread setting and medium crust or your specific gluten-free program. Or, by hand, beat together, dry ingredients, liquids and yeast. Transfer to a lightly oiled 9-x-5-inch loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise to the top of the pan. Bake 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
