4 bell peppers- any color 1 4 oz. can of corn 1 can of chopped green chilis 1 box of Wild and Brown Rice Mix 1 lg. can of black beans lots of cheese cilantro for taste 1 can of Stewed Tomatoes undrained Chop up and boil the bell peppers. In separate pan, add the rest of the ingredients (not the cheese) and 1 cup of water. let that cook until the rice is done. |
