1 28 OZ. ITALIAN DICED TOMOTOES
7 CUPS WATER
1 TABLESPOON EACH, OREGANO,SWEET BASIL,RED PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER OR 3 MINCED CLOVES,PARSELY,
1 CAN GARBANZO OR CHICK PEAS
2 CUPS THINLY SLICED CARROTS
2 CUPS THINLY SLICED CELERY
1 CUP CHOPPED ONION
2 LARGE POTATOES, PEELED AND DICED
1 CUP SMALL BROCCOLI FLOWERETTES
PARMESAN CHEESE

DIRECTIONS;
CUT SAUSAGE IN BITES SIZE PIECES. PLACE IN LARGE SAUCEPAN. ADD EVERYTHING EXCEPT BROCCOLI. SIMMER UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE COOKED - ABOUT 1 HOUR ,ADD BROCCOLI, IF MORE WATER IS NEEDED, ADD AS DESIRED.

PLACE IN BOWLS SPRINLE WITH CHEESE OF CHOICE.
