4 boneless skinnless chicken breasts(about 1 pound each) 1 tablespoon chopped dill weed 2 tablespoons garlic salt 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil In baking dish generously coat chicken with olive oil. season chicken with garlic salt and dill weed. bake at 425 deg. for 7 minutes on each side. after baking broil for 2 minutes on each side. |
