1C. finely diced celery 2 t. minced onion 3 C. turkey 1/2 C. Chablis 1/2 C. sliced ripe olives 1 bay leaf 1 t. paprika salt & pepper Combine gravy, celery, onion, bay leaf, and paprika. Simmer 15 min. Remove bay leaf. Add wine, blend well and season. Add turkey and ripe olives. Heat. Serve on Enlish muffins or toast. |
