Ingredients:
Hooter's Hot Sauce
Tabasco Hot Sauce
Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
Emeril's Southwest Essence
Sirloin Beef Tips
Uncle Bens Rice

First, get a large bowl, and put the beef in it. Put the hot sauces, the buffalo sauce, and the essence in the bowl.(put a lot of each but not to much.) Wash your hand thoroughly. Then, mix ingredients in bowl thoroghly. Cook beef on stove. Then, cook rice on stove. Serve both beef and rice in same bowl. Mix around for sauces to get on rice. It's Very Very GOOD!!!
